Yes — returns are completely free for all eligible items within the United States. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

Absolutely. We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Email us at support@usevivela.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to post it to your account. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Our shoes are true to US size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Each product page includes a "Model wears US [size]" note to help guide your decision.
