Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

Vivela ships to selected countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Vivela is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Vivela is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears to be lost, delayed, or stolen:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.

We will do our best to assist you, but Vivela is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@usevivela.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
